so this is what im gathering so far regarding determining how useful your energy resources are, trying to translate the confusing formulas online
if your resource has a potential energy of 500+
amount of power = amount of resource * (potential energy/500)
10 units of a resource
1000 potential energy
amount of power = 10 * (1000/500)
amount of power=20
other examples:
1000 units of PE 750 : 1000 * (750/500)=1500 units
3200 units of PE 920 : 1000 * (920/500)=1840 units
if your potential energy is under 500:
Formula: amount of power = amount of resource
example:
you have 10 units of a resource
200 potential energy
amount of power = amount of resource
amount of power=10
if your resource has a potential energy of 500+
amount of power = amount of resource * (potential energy/500)

amount of power = 10 * (1000/500)
